Navman ICN-550 - UK & European GPS Navigation System - with Traffic module bundled Review
With the decision to invest in a machine, I bought this SatNav as I think they look childish TomTom '. The Navman is a great product - very well packaged and available at reasonable cost.
Directions from the south coast of England, Monaco, Germany, and has been around for Italy and the Italian and Austrian Alps during the summer months, the device is very useful - even if the maps have slightly exceeded was more reliable than the paper cards, I had (the scale has never been to help!)
Overall there is a great tool, coverage is very good (although sometimes the GPS works a bit 'to stop' and divert more to understand a moment, "take").
It would be niceif you can use to adapt routing to "local knowledge" and proximity to the target (ie, the urban streets around the destination and starting point) and road / highway to travel on main roads intermidiary, but heh, all we have our preferences. :)
The unit tends to fall on the windshield - even though I hav'n't break the screen (if Id have to buy a new satnav ...) - which is a bit 'annoying esp. if your on your own!
